President’s Dinner 2015

2015 APBOT President Denise Jones, CPA, CA of Collins Barrow Durham addressed the assembled crowd at the President’s Dinner.
On January 29th, members, local political leaders, dignitaries and other well-wishers attended our annual President’s Dinner to help us welcome 2015 Council and President Denise Jones CPA, CA of Collins Barrow Durham and to watch our 2015 Council being sworn in.
Our guest speaker was Brenda Andress, Commissioner of the Canadian Women’s Hockey League. Ms. Andress was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Powerful Women in 2014 by RBC, she was awarded the 2014 YMCA Toronto Woman of Distinction Award and was named one of the Top 15 Most Influential Women in Sport for 2014.
APBOT members thanked 2015 Chair Paul Przybylo for his efforts as our 2014 President.
The event sponsors were Town of Ajax, City of Pickering, Purdue Pharma, and Travis Boughner – Sutton Group-Heritage Realty. The guest speaker was presented by Collins Barrow Durham and Jacquelynn Tanner, Sales Rep, Sutton Group-Heritage Realty Inc., Brokerage was the centrepiece sponsor for the occasion.
The event attendees were very generous with their donations to our not-for-profit recipient, Girls Inc. as collectively, their contributions totalled $1065.25.
